Available classes, placement and shoe guidlines for each level

Danceworks is not just a dance studio, but a learning facility for students to grow with their confidence, poise, self-esteem, and personal direction. Most classes occur in the afternoon and evening, however there are also morning and early afternoon classes available.   This is a basic guideline; any changes to this must meet the teacher & Mira’s approval.  Classes are offered to dancers of all ages and abilities, including:

ACROBATICS (Ages 3 & up)
    Barefoot or Black or Tan Divas 
        All Boys - Ages 10 & under                 Beg - Ages 3-7                     Int - Standing Backbend
        Adv Int - Back walkovers                       ADV - Backhandspring or Arial

LYRICAL (Ages 7 & up)
    Must be in a ballet class                     
         Foot Undeez
               Beg - 7-10 years old                              Int - 10-14 years old            Adv - 13 & up

BALLET (Ages 6 & up)
